- Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Quinoa and Beet Salad
- Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Warm Arugula Salad (Roll over from last week- they didn't have arugula when I was at the store)
- Snack: Sweet Potato, Beet and Kale Chips
